Show Biz is my life!

Every year when the Oscar nominations are announced, I tear up. So you can imagine the copious amount of tears I shed this morning when, for the first time in 66 years, there were 10 nominees for Best Picture, including 4 of my favorites, An Education, Inglourious Basterds, Up and Up in the Air. Newbridge Road is flooded.
On another, not wholly unrelated note, my old pen pal, Michael Musto, longtime gossip columnist extraordinaire at The Village Voice, was profiled in The New York Times this past Sunday. In the Styles section (the best section in the paper IMHO). His Blind Items are to die for!
